Connection and Intimacy Challenged?

Digging deeper into the signs, let’s say you keep thinking of “Sarah”, and finally you decide to reach out to her… Do you call? Or do you text? When you are talking with someone face to face, do you look them in the eyes? Or do you constantly look away. If you were to hold eye contact, be present, and really listen and connect with this person… would you be uncomfortable? These are all things to take note of, and look at because their may be some walls that you get to let down. What we want as a society is a deep connection, so let’s bust the walls down, be open to connection, and spread love. #MyThoughts
