Pandemic Inspired Creativity with Sophia Grace Cartoon

In case you haven't heard from me, I've been busy on a new adventure amongst many... I did a thing.

A few weeks ago I had a vision of working with children while working with someone.

I resisted it at first because I love the work I already do and never thought of branching into children's work.

Normally I jump all over things that I'm inspired by (as you may have already figured out). This one though, I let percolate for a week or so.

The ideas kept flooding in. The theme music for a cartoon came rushing through me while I was listening to a guided meditation and I had to turn it off to record this.

Next thing you know I'm listening to Disney Theme Hits for a couple hours and sat down with my journal where a story comes through faster than I can write it out.

This is how the past week, a labor of love to create a vision came to life.

I became a singer, song-writer, story maker, and animator in a week hahaha. Although I must share I resisted the voice, as I don't find myself with the best voice for a little girl.

The amount of effort that goes into 10s of a cartoon is about two hours so you can imagine the amount of adjusting it takes. I got to the point where I needed to just get it released and be the voice. Much love for all animators now that I know the effort needed! I also don't consider myself a singer which is evident when my Mom (a professional music teacher of piano, guitar, and voice) tells me.... please at least stand when you sing and do some voice warm-ups with YouTube!

These episodes are far from perfection, I'm letting my fears go, letting the perfection go, as the story is greater than those minute details.

There's so much more to this vision, while my coaching business is reaching new heights along with real estate activity increasing though the coronavirus still looms around us.

I am LOVING all the creative inspired outlets that are happening right now, and here's one more.

Let's continue letting it flow through us, it's such a beautiful thing.
