I did not begin with certainty about this work

Before I ever called myself intuitive, I worked around real estate, startups and finance.

I loved finding value other people had overlooked. The opportunity hidden inside a property. The decision quietly costing someone money. The possibility sitting in plain sight that nobody had thought to pursue.

I did not know it then, but I was already learning to read beneath what was visible.

In 2013, I began working with an executive coach known for coaching leaders at Google. For more than a year, I knew him simply as my coach. Eventually, I learned he was also a shaman.

He saw something in me that I could not yet feel. He told me my presence carried a particular kind of magnetism and that profitable opportunities would open for the companies I entered.

Honestly, I did not understand him. I could not imagine being paid for something as intangible as my presence. I still believed value came from how much I did, how hard I worked and how clearly I could explain it.

Yet the work kept showing me otherwise.

As I coached leaders, I began noticing what lived beneath the problem they brought into the room. A decision that was not really about the decision. A revenue ceiling connected to something nobody had considered. A pattern inside the leader quietly repeating itself through the company.

When the pattern became visible, things moved. Opportunities opened. Money moved. Decisions became clear. Problems that had resisted strategy finally began to change.

I did not build a business around a prediction. I allowed experience to show me what was real.

By the time I published Get Aligned Now at the end of 2019, I was working more deeply with businesses. What began as helping leaders regulate themselves and think clearly under pressure revealed something much larger.

If I can read the soul of a person, I can read the soul of a company.

A company is a living collective of the people, decisions and agreements inside it.

Once I understood that, the company became readable. I could see where revenue was restricted, what the restriction was costing and what the business was ready for next.

The gift stopped being something I sensed and became something leaders could use.
