The origin

Before boardrooms, I spent years around real estate and finance, learning how money actually moves.

In 2013, before I could see the patterns myself, a shaman recognized something in me first. He told me I did not need to force or manufacture an outcome. I needed to enter a true value exchange, because my presence carried a particular kind of commercial magnetism, one that could open profitable opportunities around a company.

At the time, I did not fully understand what he meant. The evidence came through the work. As I coached leaders and later began working with companies, opportunities opened, decisions clarified and the hidden patterns shaping the business became visible.

It was not a prediction I built a business around. It was a capacity I learned to recognize, refine and translate into useful commercial direction. I published my book at the end of 2019. Around then, I began working with companies almost by accident, helping leaders steady their own nervous systems so they could think clearly under pressure. What had first been named for me in 2013 finally had language.

If I can read the soul of a person, I can read the soul of a company.

A company is a collective of the people inside it. Once I saw that clearly, the guidance became specific. I could see where a business needed support, what was quietly holding it back and which capacity had to expand next. That is how ISP was born.
